Country Club Estates: These larger custom and semi-custom homes from the early 1990's, sit on larger lots and are valued from $525,000 to $1,250,000. 
 Gunbarrel Estates: Although technically a Longmont address, Gunbarrel Estates is part of the Gunbarrel area which was constructed between 1965 and 1975. In 2015 it was still possible to buy a home here under $400,000, with an average price of $450,000. Many lots here are a quarter acre or larger.
Gunbarrel Green: This huge subdivision snakes through the Boulder Country Club golf course. Values often depend on the golf course proximity and degree of updating, and range from $500,000 to well over $1,000,000.
 Gunbarrel North: Although many of the lots here are quite small, many homes in Gunbarrel North back to a park or to open space. Built in the early 1990's by popular local builder McStain Homes, most houses here sell in the mid to high $400's, with some of the larger ones topping $500,000.
 Heatherwood: Built mostly in the early 1970's, many of Heatherwood's 650 homes are being updated by young families. In 2015, prices have ranged from $400,000 - $600,000.   
 Homestead: This quiet neighborhood, built in the mid 1980's, tends to see very little turnover. Recent sales have ranged from the high $400's to $630,000.
Orchard Creek: Adjacent to the Celestial Seasonings headquarters, these handsome homes built in the mid 1990's have been selling in the $575,000 - $625,000 range. 
Twin Lakes: A combination of smaller “starter homes” from the mid $300's to larger homes approaching $500,000, many of these are within walking distance of the Twin Lakes open space and dog park.
